I called in for immediate help as we have one a/c and it stopped running. The customer service agent was amazing. She answered all my questions and scheduled me for the same day. The technician had the issue resolved in a timely manner and offered me a 15% discount, if I joined the twice a year maintenance. Seems that a good coil clean and new filter was not in good shape. One happy person here as I do not have to worry about maintenance now.. Thank You Tempo! Ms. Mack

He gave me very detailed estimates at different levels of cost so I could determine what would fit my financial needs. He answered all of my questions and shared information with me that I didn’t have to ask for.

Jay and Fernando were awesome. They came on the weekend and made sure my clogged kitchen sink was clear even though it was late at night. They had specialty drain cleaning equipment that made it a breeze! Great work plumbers at Tempo.
