Alek and her team are exceptional. The meditation and learning experience we phenomenal. I came in with a tremendous amount of self doubt, depression and anxiety. It was great to learn and understand how to accept my emotions and not the emotions of others. How to deal with the negative emotions and channel that energy away from me. As a Christian Alek taught me in a way that helped me to better understand how I can be more connected to the Spirit and God. I can't say enough good things about this business. My husband and I enjoyed our experience with Emelly at Tao Tantra. She was very educational and professional! We learned about balancing energy and the beautiful connection of tantric massage and how it can take relaxation and energy balancing to another level. It was also very interesting to learn more about the Chakra's and where each are located. It was a pleassant visit and we will definitely be coming back!
