I was ecstatic to get an appointment same day through my insurance, VSP. They were out of network. I saw they advertised 2 pairs for $79 including lenses and the glasses could be ready in 30 minutes. That was a wonderful idea. I didn't receive that at all. I got my eye exam, which was interesting. The doctor was on video. That didn't bother me. Technology is great after all. I was a lot put off by thier pricing. It was so far from what was advertised. I know I was out of network, but, I was depending on thier advertised price to make it work with my HSA. Didn't happen. It has been a very good experience, since the staff is extremely friendly and cordial, and the technology is excellent. I am very happy with this service. Thank you for having people who speak Spanish.
