“K9 Culture was perfect for what I was looking for with training my dog Bert. I really liked the day and training option. As a rescue, Bert was still getting acquainted at home and I didn’t necessarily want him gone the whole time and I like that it required that I put in the work too with training him.

Brittney did an amazing job teaching Bert! She was very attentive to him and kept me in the loop with all his progress! He is a little anxious at first and when he finally warmed up to her, he always
looked toward to seeing her. He is stubborn so it has still been an ongoing process but I feel that he has a strong training foundation thanks to Brittney! She helped me understand the why’s and how’s for his training and on lesson days made sure I had everything I needed to continue what she taught him.

Since Bert has finished his training with Brittney, we have been doing group trainings now which has been helping him with his socialization and anxiety. We also have the option for tune-ups when he needs a refresher with Brittney for his training.

You can tell that everyone at K9 Culture shares the love of animals! I would highly recommend this training facility to anyone who needs dog training.“

“Playful pet resort has been amazing to us and our dog Rambo. Jason the owner is so wonderful and so is all the staff. They are all SO nice and SO loving!! Yes he runs a business but he isn’t into it for the money. He truly cares about every dog that comes here and is involved in all the day to day stuff which I LOVE. “I have always been a fan of Petmate Pet Products Sky Kennels for my dogs. They’re sturdy, well made, secure, stand up to my 95 pound German Shepherd trying to “walk” it across the living room when she thinks I’m leaving without her and they’re easy to break down and set up when traveling. I didn’t think I could love them more, until today.The locking mechanism on my dog’s 48” crate just gave up trying over the weekend. I was just sitting here looking at TV and the bars just dropped. I called Petmate this morning and ordered another door for my 48” crate that has a special 3-way locking mechanism. I was fully prepared to spend $50, $60 up to $100 to replace this door. Nope, I spent ZERO. No charge for the replacement door and no charge for shipping.It’s great to find a company which not only makes quality products, but stands behind them as well. I cannot emphasize enough how much customer service means when it comes to my purchasing decisions. I currently own 3 Petmate Sky Kennel crates and will continue to give them my business.“

The entire Team did a great job‼️

From check in to check out the visit for our kitty was gentle, efficient and a non stressful event. Our technician, Monique set the stage the way that she initially greeted both me and kitty. Animals really can feel more from pet parents than most realize. I truly believe her handling and caressing from beginning to end made our baby feel at ease. Kitty was even relaxed when the Vetinarian, Dr Rhea Rogers checked temp using a rectal thermometer.

What I love about this facility is that there’s absolutely no pressure to “add on things” by upselling. Vetco has various packages and Monique helped me select one that that fit our needs. The package that I got included fecal lab (a tube and a collection spoon was provided to bring a “soft” sample back another day), physical exam, rabies
and feline vaccines required by pet resorts or travel. In addition, that package included a 30 day heart worm treatment with a script for 11 more refills. Even though our cat is an indoor only pet, mosquitoes are the carries of the heart-worm parasite.

We lost our 21 years young kitty to heartworm disease. Dr Rogers explained like NO previous vet about the danger that mosquitoes pose for our furry babies. In the past, we did not do the heart-worm treatment thinking it not necessary for our indoor pets. We learned the hard way. That was real tough losing a part of the family.
I would like to thank and acknowledge Dr Rogers for taking the time and not rushing with the patient’s family.

Because, it’s been a number of years, I was prepared to set an appointment for our kitty to get a dental cleaning. Dental cleaning involves anesthesia (putting pet to sleep) and can be very costly. The attending veterinarian, Dr. Rogers found very little to no tartar or plague build up on the teeth. No need for cleaning, at this point. Happy news. I’m not exactly excited about anesthesia for myself let alone our furry baby.

I want to thank the entire Team at this Vetco clinic for caring for our furry baby. Great rapport and efficient.

I highly recommend this medical facility for your pet’s medical needs.
