If I could give Donnie at Our Plumber 10 stars, I would! He was on time, and made sure everything was done the right way and not just the quick or easy way. He made multiple trips down below the home as well to make sure there were no leaks or issues. I cannot thank Donnie enough for being so knowledgeable and hard working. This is the second time we've worked with him and I will be calling him out for all other future plumbing because I know he'll get the job done well.

They are honest and have fair pricing. Other plumbers sent through our home warranty would tell us we would need some ridiculous unnecessary repair that would be at an outrageous cost. After requesting a second opinion and having My Plumber come out a couple times to give the second opinion we told our home warranty we wanted to use My Plumber exclusively. Every time My Plummer would give an honest quote and a fair price. Additionally they would explain the difference in their quote and the 1st quote and why they recommended their route for repair.

We have used My Plumber for years. They've helped with everything from a leaking toilet to complete sewer line replacement. Pricing is fair and they were on time. Thanks for the help!
