I drive to other Massage Envy’s that are further away because of the inconsistent value I get at this location. This is the Massage Envy I originally joined as I live in Las Colinas. However, I’m frequently disappointed by either the customer service or the therapists. It’s worth driving to another location. I wish this location could improve and I do occasionally come back to see. If it does get better, I will edit my review.

Just had the best massage by Mia. She said laced the pillows perfectly delivered the light pressure I asked for and paid attention to all the details. She made this experience feel like the holistic medicine and enjoyable spa experience I desired. I will be booking her as soon as I can find another opening!

It was odd and disappointing to find out that they then needed to charge me a $10 extra charge for “market adjustments” because their membership at this location is $75/mo and not the $65/mo I’ve been paying for 12 years in another part of Texas and I was not informed of this prior to booking or when...read full review

Today was my first day to come to Massage Envy. I was quite desperate for relief from extreme muscle tension in my neck and shoulders. From the very beginning, I was greeted with exceptional customer service by Holly who checked me in, asked me all the questions, and actually listened to what I was going through ( a very rough night previously with a migraine from the muscle tension.) Dominic did a great job listening as well, took his time and gave me an excellent massage that gave me the relief I needed.
P.S Holly has a heart of gold! So thankful I found them! I will definitely be back.
