So, yes this place isn't the dollar store, but it's convenient and the people are awesome and it's worth the easiness to walk there. Here's a quick story about their staff: When the freeze happened this past year and everything was frozen, and shut down, and no power... this place was the only place around with their doors open. Lights and power off, but still doors open. They let us pay with change bc all the atms were down, they spotted us and the other people there with some things we needed, and bottom line is: they were they to help the neighborhood when we needed it when everyone else was closed. They will even start carrying certain brands or items if you ask. How many other stores will carry a specific brand of your fav beer if you ask them to? The owner and his family and staff that work there are all good people with good hearts and they are the epitome of supporting your local businesses. Bc they were there for us when we needed them the most, they have earned our loyalty for as long we we live here. Incredibly Good people and their convenience and location are ideal. Go visit them and support them and you'll be happy that you did.
Convenient and Rosa and Ali are seriously the kindest people. Lived here for almost 2 years and it’s my go to for all my one-off groceries. No clue what half these people are talking about. I’ve never witnessed either of the employees ever be rude to anyone. You give what you get, so if you come in complaining about pricing of groceries or dry cleaning you likely aren’t going to get the red carpet rolled out for you. It is what it is so go somewhere else.
I feel like I was a tad harsh the first time. So I thought this deserved an update. I come here quite often now for my favorite Strongbow cider which they keep in stock now all the time and that makes me happy! They also have a few other items like my favorite Tahitian hand soap that I will buy. Obviously this is not a place where you buy groceries as that would be foolish and a waste of money since prices are higher. But when it comes to getting in and out quick this spot I am a fan of now. I just love the young gal that works here on the weekends, she is the sweetest. Stop in and say hello, grab some beverages and she will tell you to "have a good one"!
