I started acupuncture here exactly a year ago. I went to Dr. Chen after being diagnosed with a liver cyst, and I also had high anxiety episodes all of a sudden for the first time in my life. It was hard to make a decision, since I am afraid of needles, but it turned out to be easier than I thought. After a few sessions I started to feel a change, and now, after a year, I am going once a month, and I feel amazing. My anxiety simply disappeared, and my digestive system is back on track. Last year was rocky to say the least, but now I feel like I got a second chance at life. I have been to several acupuncturists in the past and Dr. Chen is outstanding~ I'm not one to sleep during sessions however, i was able to rest my mind and my body has simply let go. I was able to relax deeply. It was also the first time i had needles on my back-- usually i just lie supine face up and there goes the treatment but after 45 minutes, she said she will also treat my tense neck and shoulders. I unequivocally got my money's worth!I've had tons of acupuncture treatments over the years and i can say that my session with Dr. Chen is one that left me feeling joyful after it was all finished. This office was so welcoming and relaxing. It was my first time getting acupuncture and cupping. Both seem to really help my nerve pain! The doctor was so sweet and knowledgeable. I will DEFINITELY be back soon!
