Doctor is very sweet and caring, he helps in what he can even economically just so you are taking care of.....I had a super bad and expensive experience at the irving emergency veterinarian hospital when they mistreated my Dobbie and gave me the wrong medication plus gave me the wrong diagnostic and plus they told me my dog needed a 25,000 operation because he had been injured from his back bone and that's why he couldn't walk, after paying almost $4,000 that night the next morning I went to Guadalupe for a second diagnosis and doctor told me what he had was cancer and he also had Lyme disease that's why he couldn't walk. The white lady that works in the front desk is very rude, had poor customer service DOES not know how treat paying customers she needs not to be there!!! The rest of the staff especially the Dr are very nice and friendly they just need to get rid of her

Every single person at Guadalupe animal hospital has been nothing but amazing to me and my cat butters. My cat was misdiagnosed at the VCA in Irving and close to losing his life but the vet here has went above & beyond to not letting that happen. VCA told me March 11 my cat had a broken pelvis and leg but that wasn’t true. After spending time at Guadalupe hospital my cat is walking (of course no broken bones) and is already healing properly from a massive wound the VCA clearly missed. I can’t thank the staff and doctor here enough. Y’all truly care for our fur babies and it shows!!!
