“After a bad color job another place I frantically took to fb to find a last minute place on a Saturday to help to me redo my hair. Cathy reached out right away and set me up with an appointment. I met her ,told her what I wanted and hair history. She asked me if I would like to try Stephanie, I agreed and couldn't have been happier . We had our own room ,we chatted about everything I felt so comfortable even though deep down I was scared my hair might still be a mess., after fixing my hair I was totally happy. “After multiple disasters with a variety of salon stylist around WFH; I finally found the PERFECT ONE! Not only was Jennifer awesome ; she was super friendly and helpful and delivered amazing customer service and did not disappoint. After consulting with me about what I liked/wanted and reviewed my hair - she constructed a plan and DELIVERED with 100% satisfactory results. My pics don’t show the results 100%- but I am super happy with the results and will never go anywhere else. While watching the other stylist I know this is a well managed salon and the ladies are great with their clients.

Requested style: Color and Color Fix

Hair type: Normally have an angled Bob but it seems to be hardest cut to get. NOT today! My stylist knew exactly what I needed and how to get me to my happy place with my hair.

“+We were running 5 min late for our appointments, so we called and they had no problem with our late arrival. +The pricing was VERY good. +Beautiful place and very comfortable - I found the robot drink carrier to be a fun feature. +Andrew, who did my nails, was very pleasant and tolerated a lot of questions from me (this was only the second time I’ve had a set of nails put on). On the down side, -The nail color was not what I wanted, but after double checking it seemed to be the correct number - it just didn’t match the sample. -We made our appts online and didn’t get who we requested, nor were we seated together, but it was still a good experience. I was visiting family in Wichita Falls and I will definitely stop again next time I visit. I would recommend, however, checking the online appointments more accurately or don’t offer that service.“

“I had good service here for an average price but am not looking to return. While the atmosphere of the spot is pretty, the sugar wax service was more painful than services I had elsewhere. Having had male sugar wax, I was a sad to find two ingrown hairs 2 months after service. With the scars and pains of past, I would suggest going only if you need sugar wax.“

“I've been going to Super Hair since my husband and I moved here in 2009. Cathey & Debbie have always done fabulous work wether it's a quick man's hair cut, easy toddler cut, or my long and thick hair needing a wash & Blow out, a trim, or long and tedious color. They're easy to get in with and don't upcharge services insanely like most shops in Wichita Falls do, so that means they get a bigger tip from my hubby and I.“

“The younger lady did a great job! I went in while passing through town, with some crazy eyebrows and came out with a clean and even shape. The lady was pretty quiet, but that's a perk for me because I hate the awkward small talk. I'm not giving 5 stars bc the price was a little bit too high for just eyebrows.“
