“All I can is WOW! This company and Mr. Underwood is incredible. My 89 year old mother has several A/C window units that have not been cooling adequately for years. So, I recently purchased two new window A/C units and called Underwood Heating and A/C to come out and replace the units to which they graciously booked us right away. Unfortunately, when they arrived we realized that the units were not the right size for the windows and extensive framing would be needed in order to accommodate the units. Mr. Underwood made a referral on the spot and was honest and genuine and told us they he didn't feel he could frame the windows himself. Needless to say, the party that he referred us to completed the job this morning and my mother now has adequate cooling in her home in this 100 plus degree heat. Thank you Underwood Heating and A/C! “You want an honest A/C man..these people are IT! Scott went way out of his way to help us when our a/c crashed in 100 degree weather.He was very punctual, courteous explained exactly what was going on with the unit. He replaced only what was necessary, and explained the need for the system. I see this company as extremely honest, and very pleasant to deal with. I am taking his cards to pass out at our church.We have many elderly folks...that I would totally trust this company with.On the down side...We had an American Home Shield policy...these folks are not worth calling.
