I didn't know that this place was here until I found it online while looking for cedar logs. Probably drove past 50+ times but it's tucked away between Rts 27 + 39 just a few hundred feet. Really nice people and very reasonable prices for unpeeled cedar logs of all different sizes. They only accept cash or check.
Hill Country Service has fair prices, the best labor guarantee and a great HVAC installation team. They also cleaned up nicely afterwards.

After years of great service, on Monday 11/20/2023, I experienced my first negative experience with the Ingram location. As always I drove to the back dock to have a square bale of alfalfa. loaded into my pickup. This time, unfortunately I didn’t park close enough to permit the young man to drop it into the bed of my pickup. Instead of placing it at the edge of the dock and then loading it into my truck, he attempted to “sling” it from the dock into the bed of my truck. He missed and hit the side of my truck. He then jumped down and loaded it into my truck bed. I didn’t unload my truck until the next morning, and that is when I first noticed the rather large dent in my truck where the alfalfa bale had hit. Ouch!
I took my grandson and he got a great cut. We timed it right and didn't have to wait long at all. We will definitely be back!
Highly professional and great service! I called the office on a busy Friday morning to get some information on a well. While speaking with Ashlee, we discovered that the file was archived due to its age. Without an ounce of hesitation, she got to work looking through 100's of files and didn't make me feel I was inconveniencing her. She was friendly and pleasant to speak with and got me all the information I needed promptly. You don't get service like this very often. My sister and I have a 2 story house and we don't agree on the same temperature settings. I called 72 Degrees as we have used them in them in the past. They immediately came out and looked our house over and gave me 3 options, which I took the 3rd option, to get a Mitsubishi Unit installed in my bedroom.WOW! What a difference. The men came out and in 1.5 days my life was changed. I now can have any temperature I want and it is completely silent!! The men did a great job and I am completely satisfied with the work they did. They were so professional and cleaned up my bedroom after they were finished. I am so happy!
