“I went there today after making an appointment, I was terrified of getting a haircut because I hadn't gotten one in years. Mind you I was asking for a big change! Bangs. When I walked in everyone was friendly and the lady who cut my hair was stellar! Her name was Yvette. She was so friendly and personable. She talked to me like she would an old friend.
