THEY STAND BY THIER WORK. Wanted to get that out of the way and up top. Read on for more.
TSW did my recent shock rebuild as they are local and I prefer to spend money as close to home as possible.
Got a call while they were in there that the driver front CV shaft (axle) needed replaced and they would only charge me parts. I said heck ya and picked the truck up later that day.
Fast forward 3 months and the axle has came out of if the hub. Called and spoke to TSW and they offered to take a quick look; so I brought the truck by.

These guys are amazing! My Gen 1 shocks were beat and I brought in a set of shocks to drop off to be rebuilt since I am local. They were ready within a week and when I came back, they went ahead and made time to install them on my truck for me for a little more. Well worth it! Truck rides on clouds now!
Fantastic group, outstanding work and easy to work with. Totally recommend to everyone. I will be back for all service work on my raptor. They even went above and beyond and used Forscan to enable the trailer brake controller!
