very bad builders. materials are bad quality and the labor is not qualify. The management is terrible. The whole company is bad . moved into a new condo and the place have more issues than a old house.

Very nice home built by Clark Wilson in Star Ranch. Enjoyed very much working with Sandy Beene & the Superintendents Ben & Dom. Sandy was always pleasant, immediately responsive, and very helpful. She is the perfect example of what every Sales Consultant should exemplify when representing a Home Builder. You got a rock star Clark Wilson!Service: Home building

Would have given 0 stars if I had the choice. We signed up with this builder as suggested by our realtor and after waiting for 1.5 years they increased the price of the home by 115,000 and gave us 5 days notice period to pay. We could not pay that amount on top of the original price as contracted so they cancelled the contract without responding to our questions. Very unprofessional, if you are looking to build a home this builder is not reliable. We had planned to move to Texas and closing date was a month away when this happened. This is unethical and very greedy behavior. Our family suffered big time because of this builder.
