“Dr. Hensley and staff were great!! I took my 4 year old after he didn't pass the vision portion at his 4 year well check at the pedi office. I 100% walked into that appointment thinking his vision was fine. Learning that my son had an issue with his vision was hard but Dr. Hensley took his time and explained everything in detail. He made sure he answered all my questions. His staff then took the time to help me find a pair of glasses that would fit my sons face. Highly recommend this office!“

“Wow, I wish all medical appointments went as well as my appt at Doublecreek Eye Care did earlier. I'm a male in my 40s and had lasik back in 2012 and have noticed my night vision has slowly been getting worse over the past few years. I went to an eye appt elsewhere in 2021 and they told me they couldn't do anything for me but I've noticed my night vision declined further since then so I made the appt. The staff are super friendly as is Dr Carroll. He is very informative and talked to me not only about my vision now but also how it will continue changing as I get older along with some advice around those subjects. He also was funny which was a bit unexpected but very much appreciated. I ended up buying glasses and am very happy with the way they took care of me. I'll definitely not be going anywhere else for my eye appts in the future.“

“My 3rd year going here. My first year I saw Dr. Ghada and fell in love the practice. She was extremely thorough throughout my entire exam. She was patient, and explained everything going on with my ever aging eyes. This first visit really sold me - I finally found my forever optometrist. The following year (last year), they had me see a new doctor, Dr. Haley. I was hesitant, because I last saw fabulous Dr Ghada...and I didn't want to change. But the office assured my satisfaction - and they couldn't have been more correct. Dr. Haley was just as amazing! Very professional, spirited, and patient. Never did I feel rushed, and really had confidence in her exam & recommendations. Just came out of yet another great visit today (year 3), and thought it was time I took a moment to share my experience. If your looking for an eye doctor - look no further. This spot is truly a gem of an optometrist office. I have since referred a friend of mine who now also goes here. She too speaks very highly of it! Hearing her feedback and seeing all the positive reviews here....you just can't go wrong....well you could...by going elsewhere! lol. Other fun facts: * Front office lady is extremely kind, helpful, and prompt in getting me in and out. * I love that they do not push there products on you....making you feel pressured to buy things. * Scheduling is super easy.“

I had been looking for a Black optometrist in the Round Rock/Austin area but with no luck I had given up. Advanced Eye Care was listed as an in-network provider with my insurance company. I went to their website to read about them. Much to my surprise and delight, there was a black female optometrist practicing in that office! Dr. Bridget Fuller, O.D. is amazing! We talked and laughed as if we had already known each. She took the time to answer all of my questions and even listened to part of my life story. I did not feel rushed. I appreciate her professionalism and sweet demeanor. I was looking for Black optometrist. I recommend Dr. Fuller for anyone of any ethnicity. She is the best! Upon walking into the building, I immediately felt welcomed by the front desk personnel. I was given a notepad to complete my new patient paperwork. A few minutes later, I was called back for initial examinations. I wish I could remember the exam tech's name. She was awesome! Even the check-out process was quick and easy with Danelle. Thanks Dr. Fuller, Danelle and the other staff for making going to the eye doctor a pleasant experience! See you next year!“

“I've been looking at eye doctor reviews for over a year and was so happy to find Dr.Buser at Forest Creek Eye Center. Dr. Buser was a pleasant surprise, her manner and care was warm, she was extremely knowledgeable, and her techniques/methods were progressive. Her technician was professional and kind as well. You know there's professionalism when the technician introduces themselves and walks you through each process. That service and care is hard to find.“

“Great appt. I really enjoyed my quick appt here. There was maybe 1 mintue wait time. Doc was friendly and thorough. Answered all my questions and didnt feel rushed. I did wonder if he had my script already from my previous records ( thru insurance maybe?) bc i didnt do but maybe 1 or 2 of the (1 or 2, 3 or 4) so how did he know my stuff if it was my 1st visit there? He had to have been given my #s from eyemed. Anyway, my only critique was that they changed my appt time. Not a huge deal but it could have been. All my emails and reminders were for 1030. then all of a sudden a few days before my appt it was changed to 1015. my husband was able to move a meeting but sometimes he cant. (he has to watch our babies for most of my appts---which is why i dont make many appts lol) Aside from that, I would recommend this office to anyone.“

“The two gentlemen working the store were kind, responsive, and willing to go the spectra mile to support their customers. When I arrived, I had a pair of glasses from 2017 that needed new lenses. He looked up my old purchase and was able to provide me with the new lenses.“

“Go; its worth it! Doctor visits are not high on my list of things to do, but eye checks are important annually. Dr. Katherine Dang and the staff at San Gabriel Eye Center made it almost pleasurable. The staff is nice, quick and competent. They do the y and pre-test quickly and soon you're in the exam room. No waiting around here - Dr. Dang was with me in about one minute. Complete, thorough eye exam delivered very personally. Dr. Dang did not rush me in and out either. She answered all my questions completely and patiently. Needless to say, Dr. Dang is my new eye doctor.“
