Staff was helpful & quickly took care of replacing my battery. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars & not 5, is the price I paid for battery. I looked online & Jiffy lube is charging $160 more for my Buick Enclave battery than other auto servicing vendors. I was so disappointed because I really like to use Jiffy Lube and appreciate their considerate & efficient staff. In the future I will go elsewhere for battery replacement and I have 3 cars! I will also be more careful to compare their prices on their other services?

I took my car in for an oil change, and diagnostic because it was shaking real bad when I brake. The service manager diagnosed the problem from my description of the problem and it was fixed. (Front brakes). Saved me money and a possibe accident. My car runs smooth like new again. Thank you guys.

Extremely fast service, very friendly and informative. I have a high performance European vehicle and was a little hesitant at first but they took great care of it. Save yourself some money and don’t waste your time with the dealership.
