Stephanie was the best! I called Bestext Solutions for a repair on my roof and Stephanie went there, checked my roof, immediately put a synthetic underlayment to prevent further damage. Came back few days and repaired it and gave me some good discount too. Highly recommended!!!

I recently had BesTex complete a foundation inspection for a client of mine. This was my first time using them. I was disappointed with the initial lack of communication and some misunderstandings. Diane and Samantha were amazing at correcting this and making things right!
Samantha is a huge asset to BesTex! She is a genuine person that truly cares for all of her clients. She answered texts outside of working hours and followed up to ensure I was satisfied. My husband and I are new to the Greater Austin area and building up our businesses from scratch has been a challenge but it's been so great to connect with other business owners in the area.
