I recently hired A-1 Coring to do a very small job out in Jonestown, Texas. While the work was satisfactory...considering the price I paid for it, there customer service is terrible. The crew was expected at 7 am, but didn't show up until 8:38 am. Due to my time wasted, sitting there waiting on their arrival, I asked for a small discount on the price, they refused. I guess a customer's time is not worthy of their consideration. I will NOT use their services again, so little regard for other peoples time. Not to mention, I asked for a receipt for the charges on Thursday and as of Saturday morning it's still not arrived.

I do not recommend A1 coring. The women that work here are lacking.

Office management is a total joke and unprofessional I worked there for a total of 2 years and now that the main superintendent isn’t there the company isn’t going to get any better and you won’t get your money’s worth on any job
