This is the first flooring purchase we have made. Mr. William Turner of 50FLOOR Cincinnati is our sales rep. He is personable, professional, & very knowledgeable. He listened to our needs & guided us through what would work best for us. He pointed out details we would not have even noticed. He went the extra mile for us in getting the flooring we wanted. He made it a pleasurable experience. Outstanding professional.I wrote a prior review but failed to fill in the stars which should have been five stars, too. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with 50 floor. Mark was our sales person and he was very patient as we had a difficult time deciding which flooring we wanted. The install was smooth and quick and we love our new floors! Would recommend this company to others,

This is the 2nd time I've enlisted 50Floor to take care of my flooring needs. The previous time was several years ago at another property and I was 100% happy and impressed. This most recent time I had the same experience. Super professional service from the get-go. Communication couldn't be beat, my sales person Eric, was wonderful. Took his time showing me samples and explaining everything before providing a detailed estimate. The crew who came out to do the job was exceptional too. They worked hard and efficiently, and kept me informed of everything all along the way. I suggest you hire them - you won't be disappointed!
