My family has been going here for a few years now. This place is fantastic.They have a smaller selection of frames than someplaces, but the stuff they do have is all great. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable. The optometrists also seem to know their stuff.Wierd story on how we found them:First place we went to didn't take our insurance for frames (only optometry, wierd), second place we called ahead. This place was in the mall but they had lied about taking our insurance. They wanted us to do a payment plan or something. We went to a 3rd place in the same mall. I have seen Dr.Stephen Ferrence for more than 5 years, he is very thorough and spend as much time as it takes to make sure I can see better every times I see him. Staffs in his clinic are nice, staff in the eyeglasses shop are ok. Overall it's a great experience especially with Dr.Ference.

This place is tucked away in the mall where it probably doesn't get much attention. after being neglected at Visionworks it was nice to have employees pay attention, greet me, and help me browse for some new frames. Only bad thing is the frames for their $100 are thrown in a cabinet underneath their wall displays
