“My phone has an apparent mishap after going naked, without a screen protector, for a few days. The holidays got ahead of me and I found myself with a nasty crack on my iPhone. Thankfully, I had insurance through my phone carrier and they were able to schedule a repair at this location the very next day. I couldn't stand to stare at the broken screen and be reminded that my life wasn't together.
