“Awesome service. I used them a few times for repairs and checkups and have always been happy with results. Yesterday July 3rd, I noticed air was blowing warm and discovered outside unit was not running. Checked breakers and basics with no luck. It's an older unit so I was expecting this might be an expensive replacement. Called Advanced Air at 4pm. They initially said they'd come by next day (JULY 4th) between 8am and noon. A few minutes later Bob called and said he could come by that afternoon. I'm about a mile from office so that probably helped. Bob showed up shortly after, identified issue, replaced part, cleaned unit and checked freon. Total bill was $190, total time from initial call to Bob heading out less than an hour. Could not have been more pleased with service. As long as they are around and operate this way, I'll never call anyone else for heating and AC needs.“
