Adoptions are managed by a the Human Society of North Texas Monday - Thursday from 12 PM to 6 PM and Friday/Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM. City of Hurst shelter staff are available for Animal Control duties, ordinance enforcement, strays Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 4 PM. The facility is closed on Sunday.
