“Mr. John Dillion with Lion Construction Group, LLC serviced and replaced my entire roof, replaced damaged gutters and downspouts, replaced 3 window screens, replaced, rebuilt and re-stained my 8 feet tall fence, replaced my garage door and cleaned up the tree branches that fell into my yard from my neighbors. He and his dedicated crew (4 different crew sets) were prompt, professional, clean, straightforward, personable and efficient. All of them did a splendid job to my total satisfaction. “From my first meeting I was made aware of the steps that would be taken to replace my roof. I appreciated seeing a video of my roof and the magnification showing what actual hail damage does to a shingle. When i got the estimate from my insurance appraiser, instead of going over it on the phone, they came and went over it piece by piece.
On the day before of the installation, i received both a text snd email letting me know what prep needed to be done snd what to expect the day of installation.
The day of installation, everyone was on time and the Invictus Team kept me updated on the process. After installation my yard was swept twice for any nails along with the neighbor’s yards on each side of me.
Invictus does use an upgraded shingle that is hail resistant. I also chose to upgrade snd have a solar fan installed.
I am very pleased with the whole process in getting my roof replaced. I felt very informed and any questions I may have had were addressed.

“I had to replace my home’s roof a few months back. I contacted several roofing companies and opted for securing the services of Roger the Roofer. The company was highly recommended by people I trusted and had excellent customer reviews. A factor also influencing my decision was the professionalism and demeanor of the company’s representative, Mr. Brian Crowson. When we first met, his focus was hardly on making the sale, but on listening and understanding thoroughly my situation before even climbing onto the roof. After completing his assessment, he gave me options, including the possibility of filing an insurance claim as there was some hail damage. Albeit there was only an outside chance because of the roof’s age (23 years), he patiently ushered me through the entire insurance claims process, always with my best interests in mind. I had to fund the project in the end, but he gave me the best price among the companies I considered, and even included a roof tile upgrade that lowered my insurance payment significantly. Moreover, he had a very good company install new gutters, also at a very reasonable price. As a bonus, he had my driveway power washed and every window on the outside of my house cleaned professionally.
