Heather is amazing! She is kind and friendly. She is well versed in the electrolysis process and explains it thoroughly. Heather is excellent at brow shaping! She is also an RN, so she has extra medical knowledge. Do not hesitate to make an appointment!

I have been seeing Heather/DFW Electrolysis for 6 months and she has been fantastic! Starting with the consultation she was very informative and not only was willing to answer questions but also wanted to! I could tell that she really believes in what she does and has a desire to help her clients with their hair removal goals. I have very dark, thick, and coarse hair that many rounds of laser treatments had failed to remove and already there is such a noticeable difference! Heather is very knowledgeable and great at getting the most out of each treatment, targeting thick patches of growth and asking about problem areas.
