I noticed late Friday afternoon that my AC was blowing very warm air. I called Air Worth Heating and Cooling and got their answering service. The lady who took my information was very kind and said she would get the message over to their on-call person as soon as possible. Within a short time I received a phone call from Mark. I explained what was going on and that I was on the way to stay with someone for the evening. He insured that I was going to be somewhere cool and said he would be there between 10 and 11 on Saturday, which he was. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately. Mark came out on a Sunday while being the "on-call" technician for AirWorth. Fixed the problem with the outside unit in the 100 degree heat!
