“Salon A & Co. is a hidden gem of Huntsville. The salon as a whole is very cozy and comfortable. The stylist there are kind and inviting. Booking an appointment online was very easy. I personally met with Kayla, she was professional, personable and knows what she's doing.<br>Since moving back to Huntsville after being gone for several years I've struggled finding a salon and stylist I trust enough to cut my hair. “My hair is literally 1inch longer on my rt side than my left, my haircut is not suppose to be asymmetrical. The stylist started cutting my hair, she stopped to check a color client, came right back and started cutting again. The second time the stylist left she returned with the color client and started cutting HER hair, I sat for 15min waiting for the stylist to finish my haircut. When the stylist returned to cutting my hair it was dry which is why I believe my hair is lopsided. The stylist attempted to ditch me a third time but I objected so she sped through the blow dry and style portion of my appointment. After I left a review on Google the salon reached out to me but in offering to "fix" my hair they made it seem like my fault for being a walk-in which I was not, I made my appointment through their website several days in advance so there shouldn't have been any reason for them to "squeeze me in" In hindsight I probably would have been better off going to Great Clips.“

She is the only hairstylist that I have been consistently satisfied with my haircut. She is a pleasant person to converse with as well. I appreciate the ambiance and the scalp massage. Very relaxing haircut experience. I have never had a negative experience here, everyone on staff has been a ray of sunshine. I highly recommend trying them out.“
