I don't normally go to Walmart, I usually do my shopping at HEB but I needed to get some kitchen items so I went to Walmart today. They weren't super busy, so that was nice. I was able to find most of the stuff on my shopping list fairly easily. The cashier was very friendly and we didn't have to stand in line for a terribly long time. I would say that the overall experience was good. I don't think I will switch to shopping at Walmart from HEB, but I still would give Walmart 5 stars.
...misleading price displays, increased prices....that is enough in itself. And it's the busy season; Customer Service should fast, efficient, and attentive (although nice enough when you finally get up there).
As with most Walmarts, generally speaking, they had everything I needed for my camping trip at nearby Huntsville State Park. In and out, all without so much as a snag. The only drawback is having never shopped here before. I had to quickly learn where everything was. If that's my only complaint, life is good.
