My hair is literally 1inch longer on my rt side than my left, my haircut is not suppose to be asymmetrical. The stylist started cutting my hair, she stopped to check a color client, came right back and started cutting again. The second time the stylist left she returned with the color client and started cutting HER hair, I sat for 15min waiting for the stylist to finish my haircut. When the stylist returned to cutting my hair it was dry which is why I believe my hair is lopsided. The stylist attempted to ditch me a third time but I objected so she sped through the blow dry and style portion of my appointment. After I left a review on Google the salon reached out to me but in offering to "fix" my hair they made it seem like my fault for being a walk-in which I was not, I made my appointment through their website several days in advance so there shouldn't have been any reason for them to "squeeze me in" In hindsight I probably would have been better off going to Great Clips.
Pablo did a conditioning treatment on my hair, along with a haircut and he is amazing! Very knowledgeable and very kind, I’ll definitely go back to see him when it’s time!
