We lost our keys to our bobcat we gave them the serial number over the phone and they had 3 pairs of keys ready for us to pick up, we get home and none of the 3 keys worked we called them and told them and that very day late in the afternoon they came out to our property in Bedias Texas to have one made for us, but they had some issues with it and they had to take the ignition switch with them, the following day they went back with the ignition switch and 2 keys ? ?, I just want to say that Hunter went far and beyond to helping us, we are forever grateful with Security Locksmith for being helpful, restful, nice and courteous to us. My husband and I bought a 2019 truck and it only came with one fob and didn't have the keyless entry code. We live in Onalaska and there's absolutely no locksmiths in our area with good reviews. We started looking in Huntsville and came up with "Security Locksmith LLC". They are the best. We had already purchased another fob but needed it programmed for our truck. It took about 20 minutes - he not only programmed the fob, but cut a key for storage area under back seat and secured/supplied us with the keyless entry code. These folks are awesome, cordial and so helpful. Recommend highly!

I had what seemed to be an impossible situation with a small safe. But in between juggling several customers & a busy afternoon the 2 gentleman rectified the situation with patience & great customer service!
