I've been going to Dr. Logan my whole life but I never had to get a crown done until recently. Dr. Logan's office was so great in helping me get this done, and I don't just mean the dental work part of it. Andrea spent a lot of time answering questions about insurance, telling me what questions I needed to ask my insurance company when I realized I needed to switch insurances, making phone calls to the insurance company for me when I needed to get paperwork from them, filing for pre treatment estimates with the insurance company so that I wouldn't be left with a surprise bill if the insurance company did not cover what I thought they would (which really... read full review
Very professional and friendly atmosphere! From front office receptionist smile and greeting to hygienist and dentist everyone is friendly and helpful. They take the fear out of going to the dentist!
All the staff are friendly, personal, and professional. The office is up to date with equipment. I had to have a crown. It (the crown) was made on site. Didn't have to get a temporary and wait for it to be made off site and mailed. This office will be my permanent dentist.
