I called Precision Pest control to go out and assess my mothers home for snakes. She has onset dementia and was very adamant that snakes were in her home. Tyler went out and was an angel to my mother. He searched everywhere in her home, politely asked her concerns and addressed her with respect. He left her with some things she could do if she happen to see the snakes again. I would definitely recommend Precision Pest control. Their customer service, caring team and response time is amazing. After being stung multiple times, we had barricaded ourselves in our house because of yellow jackets. I called Precision Pest Control and they sent someone over early the next morning (the wasps are more sluggish in the morning). That brave man found the nest and removed it. I could have kissed him. We can leave the house again. And they charged me much less than I expected. I have used Precision Pest Control for the past fifteen years and I will continue to use them in the future.
