I gave him a call Labor Day to see if he was open. When he answered i told him i was in a panic and explained my problem, he told me what to do and how to do it, all over the phone. Thank you so much for being honest. I am 66 and could have been ripped off so easily.

I called 6 or 7 different locksmiths and Loren was by far the most professional and responsive! He asked lots of questions to make sure I'm only paying for what I need and worked hard to ensure he was giving me exactly that. He will absolutely be the only locksmith I call in the future!
