The staff are exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure pets receive the best care. The clinic's atmosphere is warm and friendly, making it a comfortable experience for pets and their owners. Pet owners praise the clinic's ability to provide peace of mind and confidence in the care of their fur babies. The staff are great and wonderful with pets. They have extremely fair prices, accept CareCredit, and are very friendly. Customers feel like they are not just imposing, but are people with a family member in need. Dr. DuVall has a good rapport with pets and pet parents, and is the go-to veterinarian for many, including the owner's five cats.
Dr Duvall and his staff are always top notch I had to make a difficult decision yesterday, and his staff sat with me while I cried. It was such compassion I had never been shown before from a vet clinic. For this reason I will never take my fur babies anywhere else. He explains everything in great detail your babies will always be in good hands. They also have many affordable options to pay.

Dr. Duvall and the entire staff went out of their way to help us with our dog, Buddy. He was a difficult patient, but they were always there for us no matter what. When it came time to help him cross over, they once again went above and beyond. We cannot thank them enough for their compassion and care. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that truly cares..
I was there a year ago, and the help was nice, but after I called them to say that my dogs had kennel coughs after the injection, I realized they had kennel coughs. All so, 7 months after my dog passed away, I thought the new way was not safe, and I liked the old way. I never get kennel cough for a dog. I go to the vet, but it's just up the road; I'm scared to death to ever board a dog as you must have kennel cough administered. The dog was a senior Chihuahua. I have a new dog and was there in April of 2024. The waiting room smelled like a cat died.
