“Amazing service. On Nov. 1, I ordered a birthday bouquet from another local florist to be delivered on November 3. At 8:00 p.m. on November 3, I received an email from the florist saying they did not have the flowers I ordered in stock and would not be able to deliver them until Tuesday, November 7. The flowers were for an elderly lady, whose birthday was on November 4. I called the Florist on November 4 and asked if they could deliver any type of bouquet on that day and the answer was NO. I was hugely disappointed, canceled my order for which I had already paid and researched other florists. Not being from this area, I was concerned about finding another florist who would be able to make a bouquet and deliver it on the same day as I was calling. I was overjoyed and hugely relieved when I spoke with the Florist at HEB Blooms Department on 11th St. and she assured me that she would be able to make a Flower Arrangement and also deliver it that afternoon. The Bouquet was gorgeous and I saved $60 in costs, which was another plus. Because of my very positive experience with HEB Blooms Department, I very highly recommend them over any of the local florists. They offer the best service and the best prices and truly aim to please their customers and the recipients of the Bouquets.“
