“I've been going to Dr. Logan my whole life but I never had to get a crown done until recently. Dr. Logan's office was so great in helping me get this done, and I don't just mean the dental work part of it. Andrea spent a lot of time answering questions about insurance, telling me what questions I needed to ask my insurance company when I realized I needed to switch insurances, making phone calls to the insurance company for me when I needed to get paperwork from them, filing for pre treatment estimates with the insurance company so that I wouldn't be left with a surprise bill if the insurance company did not cover what I thought they would (which really helped because it did happen that one of the insurance companies I tried did not cover anywhere near what they were supposed to) and also helped me get on a payment plan through sunbit, with a very affordable down payment for what the insurance company wouod not cover so that I could hurry up and get the work done that I needed. Of course the dental appointment went great. They made the crown in the office and were able to finish everything that day, in less than two hours. His assistant was so sweet. They really do care about your comfort while you are in their office. They always provide you with a neck pillow, ask you what you want to watch on tv while your getting your teeth worked on, and they even offered me a blanket while I was waiting for the crown to be made. I will never go to another dentists office. Dr. Logan has been my dentist since I was old enough to get my teeth cleaned. His entire office staff is professional kind and treat you like family. Not only would I recommend Dr. Logan to a friend, I would honestly feel like they were making a mistake if they went anywhere else.“

“Incredible dental practice. I have not been to the dentist in almost 7 years, mostly because I have had bad experiences in the past, and laziness. Not only was this office very kind and caring, they were absolutely judgement free as well. They give great dental advice without making you feel bad.

From the moment you walk in, the receptionist/ RDA, Betty, gives you a sense of welcoming. Vonda was my tech for my initial intake. She could tell that I was nervous and she did a great job being very upbeat and just talking to me to calm my nerves. Dr. Rathke came in, and I was immediately relieved from the sense of professionalism and kindness that he gave off. He was busy with other intakes but I still felt that he was very attentive to me, which is great since healthcare professionals have a lot on their plate in general.

Today I had my teeth cleaning with Dianne. She was incredibly upbeat and kind. I was nervous about the teeth cleaning since I have never done it before, and she explained every step of the process so that I could understand. My teeth also feel and look great now.

I also spoke with Crystal, the account manager(?). She did a great job at explaining the terms of my insurance as well as going through each individual prospective charge for my treatment plan on my teeth. I appreciated the attention to detail that Crystal showed with professionalism and friendliness.

Overall I could not recommend this office enough. All the staff, DDS included, work with a smile. I pretty much never write reviews on Google, so it’s probably pretty important that I felt the need to go on here and write this review.“

“I had a bad emergency with my tooth. It cracked and was very infected. Angie was able to offer me a same day appointment. They were super busy during my visit so they worked me in after hours to have this tooth extracted. Dr.English and Esther were a great team, calming, gentle and knowledgeable in my time of stress and pain. I really couldn't thank them enough.“
