First time to visit this office. Immediately I noticed how beautiful and clean it was. Very important. I was greeted kindly by the entire staff, Delma, Christina, Victoria, and Olivia. All knowledgeable ladies in their craft, patient, and professional. Dr. Prakash treated me kindly and she carefully explained all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I walked out of there understanding my eye exam! I would personally recommend this office to anyone needing good eye care!

The staff is very nice. Very polite and very helpful. But I have always had my orders incorrect. My contacts lenses had not been ordered when they were supposed to be ordered several times. They did not mail my daughter her contact lenses to her in college Station like they said. The And this is the ultimate weird thing was they completely lost me in the system. Even with all their errors, I still went there every year for the past five years because I did like the doctor. But the last visit that I walked in, they no longer have me in the system. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I requested my prescription a week ago and they haven't sent it. When I called today the guy that answered phone pretended they had the wrong email but I know that's a lie because I've received emails from them before. The girl that was at the front seat the day I went for my initial appointment was rude.
