First thing is first, I was present with the customer below that said if she could leave negative stars she would. The women greeted her and were very polite and responsive to her questions. If anything she was the rude one because while she was walking out she was saying so many curse words towards them under her breath. Maybe she was just having a bad day..Sony has been my eyebrow lady for about 15 years now and I have never experienced a problem with her. Every eyebrow thread has been perfect. Customers service is always good and very clean facility.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I walked in and there were 8 people ahead of me. The owner Sony looked at me and no one greeted me as a customer. I was quiet and patient and waited like all the other customers for about 45 mins waiting on Sony who does a great job on brows. However, once she got to me as the last customer she said the other person will take care of you I'm going on lunch. Her customer service is the absolute WORST and I never write reviews but this had to be told to others. Please boycott this place! Customers are the reason you can run a business and I've NEVER in my life been treated that way. Especially the fact that I drive from the Woodlands... read full review
