Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had I highly recommend never using this company

Scottys plumbing installed a tankless water heater in my parents house several years ago. They went to sell the house this year and the home inspector observed that the vent was installed by Scottys incorrectly causing potential for carbon monoxide to release into the house. We've contacted Scottys hoping they would remedy the issue. They were initially responsive and scheduled an appointment to take a look at the issue. As soon as they realized the appointment was to correct a potentially deadly issue that they had previously installed they became unresponsive. These guys are dangerous, unresponsive, and unprofessional.Service: Boiler installation
