I just want to recognize and thank Gianna at the Kingwood Palm Beach Tan. I came in super frustrated and confused about my membership and some product issues yesterday but she completely turned everything around today. She’s young, but seriously mature beyond her years. You can tell she really cares about doing right by people.
She listened to me, explained everything, and handled it all with so much patience and professionalism. I walked out of there feeling totally taken care of. Palm Beach Tan is lucky to have someone like her.
Ok, so I've been going here off and on for a few years now. I've been tanning since I was 16 on high school so I've been to sever tanning salons. This place is very clean and esthetically pleasing. They have really nice rooms, beds and products. The staff is also very nice.
The thing that I dislike about this tanning salon is that it feels like you're walking into a car dealership. What I mean by this, is they really try hard to pressy you into purchasing upgrades, products and services. Now ,I will say that some of the upgrades and sales are worth it, but there needs to be a stopping point. I get that they are trying to meet a quota or whatever, but most people...read full review
First let me preface that I am a transplant to Texas. Prices in CA are almost always higher on everything. With that being said, the
prices are slightly higher here in Texas. For example, the AustTan was $100 a month for their unlimited pkg., which included red light therapy, Cacoon Wellness, ample level 5&6 UV beds, unlimited mystic or versa spa spray tan. At Palm Beach it's about the same cost and only includes unlimited UV level 4 tan and unlimited spray tan. You can level up but it's extra.
Nonetheless, I feel like the staff at PBT is way more customer centric which is awesome. The staff is knowledgeable and the facility is always clean.
