I've been coming here since I was in high school and I've never had any problems. Rosa is amazing with hair and all their employees who do eyebrow threading are great. I'm not sure if they hired a new eyebrow lady because I've never seen her before but she did not ask if I wanted an eyebrow clean up or shaping and she ended up thinning out my eyebrows so much. Would have given them 5 stars but I am really unhappy with this experience

Went for brow threading and she did an amazing job. I haven’t let anyone touch my brows in 10 years. I let her do her thing with no direction and she delivered!Service: Eyebrow threading
