Humble VA Outpatient Clinic

when I call or check in with Kendra at the front desk, I’m greeted with an unenthusiastic employee. She speaks to you like you are the inconvenience in her life.I don’t know if the pleasant receptionist works at this location anymore. She was great and helpful.The medical staff is great. I actually receive help from the Lab, Nurses, PA, Docs, etc.

I would like to first start by saying I drive 40 miles to see Mr. Miller. He is the one I can always count on. The staff and Mr. Miller has taking care of me since I arrived to Texas in June of 2021. I have the Conroe clinic I could go to but the care does not compare. Mr. Miller and his crew goes the extra mile to insure my needs are met. I wish I could let the United States VA Department know. The Humble VA Outpatient Clinic is the standard all clinic's showed be measured by. So again thank you for being there. Some people walk a mile for a camel, I drive 40 for a great VA Clinic.
