I needed a specific granite tile purchased from another vendor 3 years ago. Do to unpleasant circumstances I was again in need of additional tiles that I thought were discontinued. At Humble Carpet and Tile, the manager immediately recognized the tile, contacted other vendors because it was no longer in stock, located it within 24 hours and negotiated the best price. That's VIP treatment. Thank you Humble Carpet and Tile.

Technician was experienced and skilled at his work. I would do business with Humble carpet and tile again and recommend to friends and neighbors. Good customer service has become a rarity but can be found here in Humble tx
