Took my Tesla here last Thursday for some quick adjustments and they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Kevin that took care of my car. The work is amazing and customer service is excellent! Look for Kevin!!! Thank you guys ?
Tyler was great. He kept me informed along the way, and I appreciate that my Tesla was done ahead of the scheduled time. I really like customer service at W Lake Houston. I also like the text message updates. It’s so refreshing to find a collision repair shop that doesn’t overcharge, doesn’t under estimate the time it takes for the repairs to happen, and you don’t have to call them to teach them down for an update — they proactively update you every step of the way. I will definitely be returning here for future repairs for my Tesla and I will encourage all my friends to go here, too!
I needed to have my damaged bumper on my Tesla replaced so I brought it to Gator Collision because they are a Tesla Authorized shop. So glad I did. Gator did an amazing job and brought it back to factory! They kept me updated with an ETA and were very friendly throughout the process. They also detailed my car and left the interior and exterior immaculate. Thanks again!
