Absolute crook. I'm taking her to small claims court as a result of this. I booked her for a trial for $175, liked it and prepaid her for engagement photos for $250. So I paid her $425 altogether. The day of, 2 hours before, she cancels and swaps me out with someone far less experienced. Practically a teenager. She didn't even offer to compensate me for the difference in skill. She also silenced notifications, and when I expressed dissatisfaction she blocked me. She claims it was an emergency.... however the night before she requested to start at a later time via text message. Which I will be using in court now.
