Super thankful to have Travis B. come out today to get our AC and heat back up and running! Travis was extremely quick, efficient, and got us in last minute to swap out a broken zoning panel for us that was preventing both heat and AC from working. We have a 10 month old so having our home a safe temp for him in Texas’ up and down weather is always high priority. Later that day an issue (caused by a different HVAC company who previously did work for us) popped up and Travis came back that same night, found the culprit and corrected it. Highly recommend for any HVAC repair and maintenance needs!
We started using Cruz in 2012. They installed and are maintaining our generator and HVAC.They also replaced our upstairs HVAC. They were the only company that told us we did NOT have replace our downstairs unit. Travis has always been courteous and professional. As all their employees are. I have recommended to a few people.
