3 stars due to The xray process which was horribly uncomfortable and the dental assistant did nothing to make me feel better. Her attitude was horrible. Dr. Griffin 5stars- He was great, very detailed and very professional.
The service provided by the doctors and dental assistance staff is great, very proficient, however the front desk manager has bad customer services both in person and over the phone, which makes the overall experience here as a patient an inconsistent. If we would not be towards the end of our ortho treatment, I would switch dentist.
Dr was very good and thorough but that staff seemed confused and did not set up the procedure I went into the office for.Also I was never sent new patient paperwork ahead of my appointment as promised so this made my appointment time last 30 minutes longer then required.
