I highly recommend Calvary Hill funeral home. The entire staff was so helpful throughout the entire process of my father’s service. Our funeral director Brandy Garcia was incredible. She was patient with all of our questions and requests, and she helped make the service so personalized for my dad. Communication with Brandy during the planning was excellent. We also would like to thank David Maldonado who helped my parents set up a pre-paid plan. This has many advantages including locking in current prices and allowing the individual to make choices about their own service which helps the family easily carry out the deceased’s wishes. They really came through for my family and I. We lost Daddy during Christmas 2013 and had to plan his funeral during the holidays. They made it easier than I thought it would be (not to downplay the emotional difficulty of the process). They did such a nice job preparing Daddy for when I had to identify him. They had Rev Don Kidd who did the most amazing eulogy I’ve ever heard- my family thought he personally knew Dad. He wrote the eulogy based on answers to questions and tidbits of information we gave him about Daddy. There was a beautiful presentation for his ashes. The memorial was so beautiful. My family and I are deeply grateful to Calvary Hill Funeral Home for their exceptional service and support during our darkest hour. My dearest Mother, Evelyn Woitaske, went to Heaven on July 8, 2024. This was during the horrendous Hurricane Beryl. The hospital contacted Calvary Hill and from then on Calvary Hill carried me through the entire process. The attentional to every detail for our Mother was done beautifully. And each of these wonderful people were also suffering from this devastating storm.
