I called on a Sunday night around 1:30 am. Cecil told me that they definitely would need 2 possible parts based on what I saw the system doing when I was in the attic. Call was answered and I was assured someone would be here in the morning. They showed up early and diagnosed the system. Cecil went to get the two parts needed and recommended that I replace the system soon as it was pretty old. He told me it should work but eventually will need to be replaced. He was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything. I had to ask how much a new system would be. He’s very reasonable and I would highly recommend their service to everyone. Very professional, friendly and great sense of humor and most importantly pocket friendly.
